Selection: The triangular industrial belt selected according to the standard model should be compatible with the pulley groove, otherwise, the triangular belt will not work properly in the pulley groove. When switching to triangular tape, it is best to bring the old tape to the agricultural machinery department for purchase to prevent confusion in the model.
Installation: Before installation, if the center distance between the two axes is adjustable, the center distance should be shortened first, and the tape should be installed before adjusting the center distance according to requirements; If the center distance between the two axes is not adjustable, you can first insert one triangular industrial belt into the groove of one wheel, and then rotate the other pulley to install the triangular belt. Use the same method to install the remaining triangular tape. It is prohibited to use tools to forcefully pry or pull the triangular industrial belt during installation to prevent stretching or damaging the triangular belt.
Prevent slotting: When installing pulleys, the centers of the two pulleys must be aligned, otherwise it will cause the triangular industrial belt to work unilaterally and accelerate wear, shortening the service life of the triangular industrial belt.
Suitable tightness: Triangle industrial belts that are too loose are prone to slipping, increasing wear and even causing poor power transmission; Being too tight not only causes. The triangular industrial belt is stretched and deformed, which is prone to damage, and may also cause excessive force on the engine main bearings and clutch bearings, accelerating the wear of the triangular industrial belt. The method to check the tightness of the tire is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2kg in the middle of each tape by hand, with a sinking amount of 20-30mm. If it is not suitable, adjust it when necessary.
Mixed use of new and old belts: When replacing a group of two or more triangular industrial belts, the same model of triangular belt should be used, and the tightness of each group of triangular industrial belts should be consistent. New and old triangular industrial belts cannot be mixed or reduced in number. Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular industrial belts will be uneven, and even the old triangular industrial belts will not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the service life of the triangular industrial belt.
Strict prevention of contamination: During use, it is necessary to strictly prevent the triangular industrial belt from being contaminated with oil and mud, and avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis to prevent slipping and corrosion of the triangular industrial belt, which may cause damage.
Daily maintenance: When driving agricultural machinery, the operator should master the correct operating essentials, follow the technical requirements in the user manual, and try to avoid sudden starting and braking as much as possible; Frequent overloading of work should also be prevented; If the equipment is not used for a long time, the triangular industrial belt should be removed and stored separately.
