The method of adjusting the deviation of the belt conveyor

  1. Adjustment of head deviation
    This method can be used for any deviation caused by any reason. It is to adjust the several sets of rollers near the drum, that is, push forward the several sets of rollers in the direction of deviation (belt running direction), and push forward whichever side they run towards. Alternatively, moving back on the other side also has the same effect. During adjustment, it is important to note that adjustments should be made to each group of rollers as little as possible, but the number of adjustments can be increased. At the same time, adjustments should be made while observing to prevent excessive adjustment.
  2. Adjustment of belt deviation in the middle
    The deviation in the middle of the belt is related to installation accuracy, material center of gravity, etc., but can be adjusted using this method for any reason. On which side the belt runs, push the roller support forward (in the direction of belt travel). In the process of adjustment, as mentioned earlier, try to adjust as many as possible, with as few individual adjustments as possible. During adjustment, observe the movement of the belt towards the middle. After several rounds of operation, if the belt runs well, tighten the bolts of the support roller bracket.
  3. Adjustment of tail belt deviation
    The adjustment of the tail belt deviation is the simplest. Just tighten the adjustment bolts on the side where the belt runs, that is, tighten the belt on the same side.
  4. Adjustment of belt deviation caused by material deviation
    Material deviation refers to the deviation of the belt caused by the material falling onto the belt not being in the center of the belt conveyor, but leaning towards a certain side. At this time, the material can be adjusted by the valve or the discharge port to center, so that the belt will return to the correct direction for operation. If there is still a difference, it can be adjusted by the roller support to center the belt.
  5. The adjustment method for the deviation of the return belt is the same as the above.
  6. During production, belts may have different forms of deviation. If it is not too serious, try to use centering rollers for adjustment. If the belt deviates in any direction, push up the roller on the same side.
    In short, belt deviation is quite common in production, and using this method to adjust is simple and clear, without considering the cause. It can be easily adjusted and achieve immediate results. In order to ensure that the belt can serve production well, there are several issues that should be noted during the replacement or use of the belt. Firstly, when replacing the belt, it is important to prevent belts that are tight and loose from entering the production line; The belt interface should be straight and not skewed. During operation, it is necessary to promptly clean the foreign objects and mud adhered to the drum and supporting rollers. If any torn or rough edges are found, they should be cut off in a timely manner. If any problematic supporting rollers are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner, and so on.
