- Check the orientation of the pressure equipment.
There are several types of settings for pressure equipment:
a. When the pressure equipment is located at one location, the original pressure value should be set to+2;
b. When the orientation of the pressure equipment is at a value of 2 or 1, the pressure value is set to the original pressure value. - Check the application status of industrial belts.
a. Reverse the direction of industrial belt operation, touch the fibers on the surface with your hand to determine if they are worn.
b. Measure the thickness of industrial belts.
c. Test the hardness of the rubber roller glue. (Is the thickness of both ends of the industrial belt the same?)
When the hardness of the rubber roller is between 7.2 and 8.5, it can be concluded that the rubber of the rubber roller is normal. When the hardness of the glue on the rubber roller exceeds 8.5, it is recommended that the customer repack the glue.
Based on the above information, it can be determined whether industrial belts can be cleaned. Secondly, it is concluded that industrial belts can be washed. Go through the process. - Close the steam valve and adjust the pressure according to the orientation of the tensioning equipment.
- Wrap the mechanical and electrical equipment in plastic.
- Connect the equipment. Connect the cleaning machine to 220V AC power.
- Wet industrial belts. The intention of doing this is to enable industrial belts to better absorb cleaning solutions and clean them more cleanly.
- Mix the cleaning solution with water in a ratio of 1:10 and mix evenly.
- Spray the cleaning solution evenly onto the industrial belt using a flushing gun. Attention
a. Do not use excessive force to strengthen the edges of industrial belts and avoid damaging them.
b. When flushing the gun, it should be swept all at once and not repeatedly flushed. - Wash with clean water. Be careful at this time, so that the cleaning of industrial belts can be clean.
Finally, drying: - Let the machine operate at a slow speed without heating.
- Adjust pressure equipment. (Due to the shortening of industrial belts when exposed to water, increasing pressure can pull the industrial belt back to its original length.)
- After 90 minutes of machine operation, increase the speed of the machine operation, investigate the industrial belt at any time, and do not deviate.
When an industrial belt deviates, it can be divided into the following two situations:
a. When the industrial belt runs to the right, it can first touch the roller on the left.
b. When the industrial belt runs to the right, let the industrial belt touch the roller on the right first. - After normal operation of the industrial belt, there is a gas pipe flushing away the dirt on the main line, especially the dirt on the heating plate, to avoid sticking to the industrial belt again. The cleaning task has been completed. Clean up the scene, tidy up the things, check if everything is complete, and avoid delaying the next assignment.
